Changing country/region of residence

You can update your country/region of residence in your Airpoints profile at any time.

You cannot change your residency details more than twice in a 12 month period. Beyond this, Air New Zealand may charge a service fee of $25 and A25 at its discretion. See Airpoints terms and conditions for details.

Shairpoints™ and Airpoints for Business are only available to Airpoints members residing in New Zealand.
You will need to remove yourself from existing Shairpoints or Airpoints for Business accounts to change your country/region.

• Manage your Shairpoints group membership
• Manage your Airpoints for Business membership

Removing yourself from a Shairpoints or Airpoints for Business account will not close your Airpoints account.
