Free Singapore Tour

Capture the spirit of Singapore during your transit

Be enthralled by the sights, sound and colours of Singapore during your transit. Take a walk through history at the Merlion Park. Experience a multi-sensory buzz in vibrant Chinatown or bustling Kampong Glam. Enjoy a panoramic view of the city, with a backdrop of the Singapore Flyer and Gardens by the Bay.

Choose between two different tour routes during your transit if your transit is 5.5 hours or more. Each tour is 2.5 hours long, and jointly organised by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport. Tours are conducted in English only. 

All you have to do is register at least one hour before the start of the tour by visiting the Free Singapore Tour (FST) Registration Booth (near Transfer Lounge F in Terminal 2, or Transfer Lounge A in Terminal 3) upon arrival.

FST is open to all travellers transiting in Changi Airport. The following passengers can secure your seat before arrival

  • Passenger travelling on Singapore Airlines (SQ) and/or SilkAir (MI) ticketed and operated flights into and out of Singapore. The flight number must begin with SQ or MI. Any 4-digit SQ flight must be operated by SilkAir, and any 4-digit MI flight must be operated by Singapore Airlines.

  • Passenger travelling on itineraries consisting of Singapore Airlines (SQ) and/or SilkAir (MI) ticketed and operated flights connecting to Scoot (TR) operated flights.

  • Passengers travelling on selected Air New Zealand (NZ) operated flights (SQ4281, SQ4282, SQ4283, SQ4284, NZ281, NZ282, NZ283, NZ284, NZ3247, NZ3248, NZ3281, NZ3282, NZ3285, NZ3286, NZ3291, NZ3292, NZ3297, NZ3298) with connecting flights on Singapore Airlines (SQ) and/or SilkAir (MI) operated flights.

Pre-book by contacting your local travel agent or local Singapore Airlines office at least 72 working hours prior to arrival in Singapore. Not applicable to passengers flying from China and Thailand.
