Change booking FAQ
Can I change my booking on mobile?
Domestic and international bookings can be changed via mobile, subject to the fare rules. Please note, any changes or cancellations will apply to all travellers in the same booking.
If you cannot change your booking online, please contact us. Service fees will apply for changes made via the Contact Centre.
Can I change the origin and destination of my flights online?
Yes, changes to domestic origins and destinations may be made online. Changes to origins and destinations cannot be made for international bookings.
If I have already flown the outbound leg, can I change my return flight?
Yes. You can still make changes to the return leg of your journey if you have already flown on your outbound leg.
Can I change my paid Seat Select after I’ve paid for it?
This is currently not available on mobile devices, however you can do this on a desktop device through Manage Bookings, myairnz, the Contact Centre (service fees may apply) or through your travel agent. You will not be eligible for a refund if you select a seat of lesser value and you will be charged the difference if moving to a seat of greater value.
